Submitting assignments in WebCT

Step 1: Log in to WebCT

Go to http://webct.mcgill.ca, enter your student id and password. You should see a list of your courses:

Step 2: Enter to COMP-202's WebCT page

Click on the appropriate link. You should see something like this:

Step 3: Go to the evaluation section

Click on ``Evaluation & Activity''.

Step 4: Got to the assignments section

Click on ``Assignments''.

Step 5: Choose the right assignment box

You should submit your assignment to the box entitled ``Assignment n box'', where n is the number of the assignment. Do not use the ``Problem box'', unless there are some extraordinary circumstances.

Click on the corresponding assignment box.

Step 6: Uploading files

To make all your files ready for submission, click on the ``Upload'' button and then select the file you want to add. Do this for each of the files you want to submit. After uploading each file you should see it in the page for that assignment.

Step 7: Submitting

Once you have uploaded all of the files you want to submit, click on the ``Submit assignment'' button. Only after this, will the TAs and instructors be able to see your assignment.

If you do not click on ``Submit assignment'', your assignment will not be graded.
